Day 4

Stretch, workout, flex, and run baby run….Fitness is key to survival, you can become part of the problem “ZOMBIES” or part of the solution for our future. Big Macs and BS you put in your body will only get you killed in so many ways, work out like your life depends on it, push yourself to the limit. When the day comes you need to run full out for ½ mile before you slow down, you will be ready.  I recommend that you practice pull ups, you will always be crawling into the overhead when the time comes, to avoid exposure, and to gain access to the next level of safety.
